Welcome to Runio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Runio platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Runio ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Runio. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@run-io.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Runio uses artificial intelligence to generate content, code, marketing materials, business strategies, and other outputs on your behalf. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific needs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated outputs before use.
Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, you own the content and outputs generated by the Service on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your outputs.
We make no warranty that AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Do not rely on AI outputs for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice without independent verification from a qualified professional.
You may not use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, fraudulent, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that generate such content.
Runio offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise noted.
We may offer free trial periods. At the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. We'll remind you before your trial expires.
We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in your plan details. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@run-io.com within 30 days of the charge.
Prices exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@run-io.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the Service until then.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. We will generally provide notice except where immediate termination is necessary to protect the integrity of the Service or other users. Cause for termination includes, but is not limited to, violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that is harmful to us or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies. We are not liable for loss of data resulting from termination.
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Runio and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Service as described herein.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUNIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you by email or in-app notice for material changes. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
